What to wear:
When you come to your intro class wear comfortable gym clothes (we recommend sweat pants and short sleeve t-shirt). We ask that you clean off the bottoms of your training sneakers and bring them with you to change in to.
What to bring:
Bring water to drink and a small towel to wipe off with (you will sweat, our training is intense!).
What to expect:
During your intro class you will warmup, learn and practice
Combative Strikes, and Self Defense techniques. You will practice on our
professional-grade pads, and with other students. There is no sparring in our
lower-level programs, but you will learn the basic elements of dynamic,
real-world fighting.
